The reference records Pedduva under a second spelling, Pethala. Both are in use in Porangadu, and the difference is spelling rather than place — the same village, written the way two different families write it.
That is worth knowing before searching. The hatti picker accepts either form, so a search that comes up empty under one spelling will usually succeed under the other.

Where this information comes from
The hatti list is compiled from the “Badaga Hattis by Seeme” master list, itself drawn from Nakku Betta magazine (late 1970s, ed. K.H. Madha Gowder) by Wg Cdr Bellie Jayaprakash, with community corrections layered on. Entries are still being validated with elders in the community, so a spelling or a seeme may yet be corrected. If you know this hatti better than this page does, we would rather hear from you.
