Every person here is looking for a family, not a following. Speak to people the way you would speak to a family friend whose opinion of you matters.

Use your own photographs. Do not use someone else’s, and do not claim a family, qualification, occupation or location that is not yours. Verification exists to make this possible, and it is checked.

Contact details are released only after a mutual match and only when the person agrees. Do not try to obtain someone’s phone number, address, or family details from another source in order to reach them without their agreement.

A woman’s hatti information is never shown publicly and is released only at her choice. Do not ask other members to disclose it, and do not use information about it once you have it.

Repeated unwanted messages, threats, blackmail, or attempts to pressure someone into meeting are not acceptable and will lead to removal. So will sexual content, hate speech, or content that is abusive towards anyone because of their caste, religion, gender, or disability.

Do not ask anyone for money or payment at any stage. Nanga Madhuvae does not charge to connect with another member, and no one acting on our behalf will ever ask you for money.

Report anything that breaks these guidelines through the contact page. We act on reports, and we will suspend or remove profiles that break these rules.
